strat rec letters
by: pnmwere pnm's supposed to get recommendation letters? Some pnms did and say you need them. Others are saying if you get one it looks bad?

it just depends on the chapter and how their recruitment team chooses to use them, but i think the conversations you have in the houses are probably more influential to their decision making. rec letters definitely help when it comes to pairing pnms to actives for conversations, but the other chapters shouldn't know who else you sent rec letters to

also rec letters are no where near as important here as they are at sec schools, the majority of pnms don't send them in
