Different things to keep in mind while rushing:

- Are they organized and is their exec good?
- Do they do activities outside of the chapter together? ie travel together, study dates, etc
- Are they put together and recruitment feels coordinated and taken seriously
- What else do they offer? ie professional development, leadership training etc.
- Look around at your group during pref round!!! Could you see yourself being friends with the girls standing there with you?
