Pi Kapp is not top

There has been some talks that Pi Kapp is top tier but that is the biggest cap ever. They will never belong in the same league as Sig Chi DKE and Delt. They get average joes and throw average parties. Kdr parties are literally a movie every weekend and are rising quickly. With rush coming up, Kdr will get sick frat dudes and pi kapp will remain recruiting average
