Chi Omega??? Why have they dropped?

Why has Chi O fallen so far in recent years? My sister graduated 5 years ago and when she rushed, Chi O was competing with Tri Delt and Fuzzy and now they compete with DZ and G Phi. Did they have a scandal? Or was it something with their house, or both?

chi o recruits girls very similar in personality to pi phi, theta, and kappa and those four have the biggest cross preference. I would say most ppl will have a pref of two of the four. chi o is just at the bottom of that end because of looks and social.
