Frat Predictions for 2023

Sigma Chi drops due to smaller pledge class
Acacia merges with someone, likely Phi Psi.
Delt falls, proving false increase in recent time.
SAE alumni pay for huge house renovation.
Apes loses another annex, and is stuck with one annex and the pike house.
DKE takes biggest pledge class due to house and solidifies top house, but gets investigated by school.
KDR increases in membership due to new house.
TEP has big pledge class because newly back on campus and got the former AOPi house on 15th.
Nobody still has heard of anyone in Asig.
Theta Chi becomes more selective and harder to rush, increasing rank.
KSig is shut down by end of the year, alumni support diminishes after another legal scandal.
Phi Psi gains more membership, regaining former status because of GPhi house.
Sigma Chi suspended for hazing.
TKE still bottom.\n\n\n\n\nASig and TKE stay bottom (L fraternities)
