1) sigma - internals are fine, didn’t recruit as well but isn’t losing its spot
2) dke - former sammy, has good house, throws good parties, needs to hold out for rush instead of giving promise bids though
3) delt - would be top, but has so much crap going on with the university that they’re on thin ice. DJ is mid too
4) sae - internals are good, recruits well, but doesn’t have the “it” factor to make them the very best
5) apes - good recruitment, National support, needs better DJ though
6) pi kapp - good DJ, arguably best parties, recruitment has been better over the past two years, but needs another year before they’re in the conversation
7) phi psi - massive decline, still throws well considering they don’t have a house. But they need more numbers
8) ksig - still has decent parties but their recruitment has been very questionable this past year
9) ato - should be over Ksig and phi psi but once the seniors graduate and ato gets a new pc, they’ll be better. Recruitment is getting better
10) beta - recruitment has improved. Parties are still a bit boring but they just need a year or two
11) KDR - massive improvement in the span of time they’ve been here, they have decent guys, but their parties are comparatively boring
12) theta chi - all around nice guys. But that’s what they are - nice guys. Parties are still fun though
13) tke - hit the ground running with good parties in their first year back. Need better dudes who aren’t weird though
14) Fiji - arguably the best run frat on campus. But they need a better DJ
15) pi lam - also run very well. They’re not as concerned with being the best, they just do their own thing.
Everyone else: probably ok but I don’t wanna write anymore

ksig and phi psi are included, tke at 15th when they're more like 17th, and phi tau should at least be 15th since they at least throw parties where my friend doesn't want to leave to call her ex like she did at pi lam because it was so bad

also theta chi and fiji have consistently thrown better parties all of last semester in comparison to kdr

KDR makes more noise. Sometimes it’s about more than just parties. I agree with you though
