Only 5 Top Frats

There does not need to be 15+ frats being included for some variation of a top frat. The top frats are Delt, DKE, Sigma, APES, SAE. The rest are mid and bottom.

Same with sororities. Only 3 top Aphi, DG, Pi Phi. Theta, KD, Tri Delt, Kappa, and Fuzzy all recruit PCs all over the place for them to be top.

Sigma Chi fell out of the top 5. This entire semester and last was bad for them.
