What Separates Fraternity Ranks

Honestly what separates a frat like Sigma Chi or DKE from Fiji or Theta Chi? I mean they all throw decent parties. Aside from a top ranked fraternity getting better sororities to come, what’s the difference?

Honestly how they carry themselves. Guys in fiji, beta, pi kapp, etc just exude “guy best friend” vibes, often accompanied by weak jawline and dressing like default bitmojis. Girls do not find that fun.

The sororities they get. Dke and Sigchi get the top like Aphi/PiPhi/DG while Fiji and Thet chi only get Chi O and Zeta. They guys have always been popular there whole life and know how to use it there advantage. Simple.
