There’s no relevancy gap. The top frats vs the lower top are only different bc they get aphi, pi phi, and dg. If you’re talking about actual quality of the parties then literally all of the lower top frats throw better than anyone on top minus Delt

Okay but the sororities that come to your frat does contribute to the relevancy. It’s like saying driving Benz and a Kia Soul are the same bc they get you to the same place.

Like the soul reason Ksig isn’t completely dead right now is because of KD and the 10 girls in the top three they can get. Once those girls are gone, it doesn’t matter how well they throw, they’re done.
