Is Theta still top??

Thetas best is better than Pi Phis best but Thetas worst is worst than AGDs worst. Where does that put them?

thetas best is better THAN WHO? pi phi is the only sorority that has not missed a beat ever. even dg had a bad pc21 and aphi had a bad pc22. theta didn’t do good either of those years.

pi phi's PC 2021 was not good LOL

better than dg and thetas. but 2021 was tri delt and aphis year.

Everyone has been on the decline except Tri Delt. And I’m not some Tri Delt lover it’s just they started low so when they get good girls consistently it really shows. You’re talking about Pi Phi but Theta absolutely has had the hardest decline. Pi phi still gets redeemable girls. Every top sorority does not like Theta because they cling onto their 2020 class. 21 and 22 are terrible compared APhi, DG, PiPhi, KD, and TriDelt.
