Basic rush process again

impossible rush: DKE, SIG CHI, phi psi, ksig
unfair rush: sae, delt, apes
fair rush: pikapp, ato, theta chi
Anyone gets in: kdr, pi lam, theta xi, phi tau, many more

I’m pretty sure everyone would pick kdr over theta chi. both east rushes.

phi psi and ksig are still relevant, but no way they're an "impossible rush" when they're off campus and down horrendous for new pcs.
