at ohio university, a pledge died due the brothers neglect when doing whipits. they wait to call the police and the guy died. now that frat created collin’s laws which criminalizes hazing or fraternal neglect. dke obviously did not get the memo. and it was pretty appalling last night to see the EXACT same thing almost happen.
