OHIO STATE OFFICIAL TOP 4 HOUSES EXPLAINED

Top 4 in order:

Sigma Chi
- know how to throw and girls stay loyal to them. Rarely pair and can throw by themselves with good numbers.
Phi Psi
- off campus but also has good parties and their block is top tier. Still find a way to recruit new members without support of the university. Heard their getting their house back soon as well.
Beta
- just had a great pledge class and is on the rise. Has had good under the radar parties at their main house which attract a large crowd. Also have had a lot of DG and APHI asking to pair for blocks.
DKE
- Has the Long Island pull that they are known for, but slowly coming down because of university. Known to be rough on pledges.

I agree with all of these but i think pikapps block is better than the rest. They don’t need a pair to have a good time
