Why is Theta always top tier

Because it’s not about looks here. Troll. Theta is one of the oldest and most respected sororities at Ohio state. They get the girls they want, they have a tight sisterhood and a beautiful house and a slew of prominent and wealthy alums who support them. They’ve always been a top house here.

Kappa and Pi Phi are the oldest sororities by landslides and I definitely think those two are the most respected on campus as they get Chapter of the Year a lot more than most sororities (as well as Tri Delt). If you wanna use numbers, at least make sure they’re right.
