Theta needs to be in top line. They are highly desired during recruitment, have huge heritage and alum support here, and they get who they want every year. You won’t find them with their business hanging out all over social media but doesn’t mean they aren’t a hugely desired house. Same with tri delt , def before kd.
Aephi needs to be bottom. Some pretty girls but they are so insular and rude.
As for the other bottoms I guess now AOPi is gone we don’t really have a truly weak house. Gamma phi is technically bottom but they seem healthy and happy and have nice girls and a good sisterhood so nothing weak there at all.

Absolutely. A lot of the girls that preffed theta chose theta over dg because of grades. It was also a top house for many girls who were also desired by aphi and pi phi. I think that says a lot
