Who gave these dudes the audacity to act like they’re still top? They had to rent it out to KDR for God’s sake, they won’t have it for another year, and they keep trying to self rank and flood the site w outdated rankings. I’ll give it 3 years before they get kicked off again

facts, phi psi is on the same tier as acacia and theta chi at this point. Imagine having no house and single digit numbers for a spring class. No way they’re top
