Someone explain phi psi to me

I simply do not understand the kids that are in phi psi and not in the form of dislike. They speak in animal noises and kiss each other. I wish this was a joke but I seriously would like an explanation. Despite their oddness block is fun and when they had a house they were the only fraternity on campus that was arguably better than sigma even though delt and sae will throw a fit about that.
