ATO 2nd tier ranking

Im an ATO at Emory. Not sure I understand why ATO doesn't get higher rankings. Explain? The brothers I met were great. Thinking about grad school there.

Such a lame tier defo a third tier and def not a second tier thats for sure its def below second tier and probably third tier I'd say third for sure (that not being second tier) or a first for that matter. Third is the number of the tier, (if we're speaking tiers). Fourth? Nah. Third for sure but second??? 💯
