Why did Pi Kapp lose their house?

I’ve been hearing rumors going around that Pi Kapp lost their house cause they sent a pledge to the hospital can anyone confirm this?

They didn’t lose the house they just weren’t allowed to use it for any fraternity events, they lost it cause their President threw something out the window and sent a pledge to the ER
