Any other frat is completely irreverent.

This is definitely more correct, I’d even go as far to not put Sig chi up with Phi Psi, PKP has multiple annexes and a main house, Sig Chi has an okay main house and horrible below average annexes, Sig Chi is purely running off of early 2010s rep

I don’t like Delt either but they are def higher than apes and sae, and no chance they are same level as ato and pi kapp
