going into recruitment

Top:
Alpha Phi (more fun, active and attractive)
Theta (grades, chapter of the year, beautiful house)
Pi Phi (the not cute pledge class is running the show currently and will be for recruitment, and it will hurt them with the new pledge class but right now the seniors and sophomores are good)
DG (have made it through all their bs with some sisterhood and dignity still intact, just one atypical pledge class)
Top Middle:
Kappa/KD (Kappa has handled everything so poorly, and KDs president is running them down the drain)
Tridelt (genuine girls, and I know they party but they need to get a little more wild/do things with top fraternities)
Chi O (sweet girls with great grades and a good sisterhood)
Low Middle:
AGD (have been working hard lately to get better but seem to have plateaued, do a lot of philanthropy work though)
AXiD (we're on their way up but have fallen into pieces again)
DZ (they're house is pretty, they're sincere, and have an amazing sisterhood)
Bottom:
AXO (they were okay for awhile but just seem to keep attracting weirder and weirder girls)
AEPhi (have a good sisterhood and are very accepting, plus Phitopber was really cute)
AOPi (there's really nothing these poor pandas can do to break the stereotype, theyre stuck with it and will constantly struggle, especially with loosing their house)

So wrong. Probably a DG. If kappa and KD are top middle then DG should be that low too. Their pledge class last year was horrific. Kappa hasn't handled their probation with the most class but they are still good and who judges an entire chapter off of a president? That's one person of over 100 and KD already has a new president. Kappa and KD should be up with DG. Also Pi Phi won't hurt this year because of the juniors, I bet they do great

Pike's house now is a nice fraternity house but how on earth it could ever even be a decent sorority house I don't know. Meanwhile AOPi's is kinda small for a girl chapter, but way way nicer inside

I heard Pike bought out AOPi's house and that's why they're taking Pike's.

Pike didnt buy that house, its owned by Zeta Tau Alpha. When PHA decides to expand again zeta knew they wouldnt be allowed on if they displaced AOPi, so since AOPi's lease was up they made it known to greek life that they were open to new leases. Pike dashed in before AOPi got a chance to make a good offer and zeta took Pike's generous short term lease over Aopi's.
It honestly works out great for zeta who doesnt want to rent for long term, Pike who is looking at building and doesnt want a long term lease, and Hometeam who doesnt want to rent to fraternities anymore (thus why ato is being kicked out)

As if aopi needed to be more irrelevant. Everyone will forget they exist now that no one will walk by their house. Good move for pike though

If AOPi wants to stay competitive they probably need to buy/build a new house anyway, they're too big now for a house that only sleeps like 30.

No they didn't lose their house or get kicked out of it. They did so well with recruitment last year that their nationals swooped in to get them a bigger property. Pike was forced out. They're dumping around 250,000 into updating it so I'm sure it'll be a lot nicer.

they're doing well numbers wise at least, i think a few years ago they only had like 50 girls

their nationals came in to review the chapter as to why it was doing so poorly, and then realized the PHA here at OSU was expanding, so they got nervous they would be kicked out of ZETA's house (since theyre the least influential chapter) and tried to rent Pike's for this current year. Pike had already secured the lease longterm at their house but dropped it when they found out AOPi might be moving and that ZETA didnt want to rent to AOPi anymore... Pike Good Move,... AOPi Lucky Move that it wasnt a small fraternity like ChiPhi or someone who they couldnt trade
