Every girl likes Fiji becaue they are a very "metro" chapter and a lot of girls are friends with them.

Literally ask myself the same question. Their pledge class wasn't even that amazing last year, just average. The girls aren't that pretty and I never see them out. They should not be top tier, they are only considered top tier because of their old reputation but they are definitely on the decline and everyone knows it

maybe theta is considered top teir because they have the top grades, chapter of the year, diverse but good looking girls, strong sisterhood while retaining individuality and friends others than just sisters....they must be doing a lot right or all the pre recruitment bashing wouldn't be happening
