rushing as a sophomore

I was thinking about rushing as a sophomore, would it be weird joining a sorority and being in the pledge class under all of my friends who are already in sororities?

It would be totally fine! Most sorority pledge classes have mostly freshman but also a significant amount of sophomores, mine even had a few juniors.

I rushed as a sophomore and would definitely recommend it! Rushing as a sophomore has advantages because you’re a little older and more adjusted to campus and more aware of who you are as a person which makes it easier to figure out which sorority is the best fit for you. I’d also recommend living in the house, your pledge class will mostly all live in and it will bring you closer to the girls
