need help

Its stupid to look for advice on this website but here it goes:
What do I do if three people (who are all in high leadership positions) are making me hate my sorority. I used to love my sorority so much and the only reason I haven't dropped yet are because of my amazing friends in my chapter. However, these three members (who all have high ranking positions on our leadership council) are making me want to drop more than anything. The elected position that I have forced me to work closely with them. They are cliquey, manipulative, and petty. They do not listen to the rest of the chapter's opinions on things. They have made decisions that have really hurt some of my friends and other members of the chapter. They also do not stand up for what is right. What should I do?
