I would say if you include all the frats it’s be
Top
Phi psi sig chi kappa sig
Underground frats
Sammy sae tke aepi
Lower top
Delt phi delt
Middle
Ato pike fiji
Lower mid
Sig ep beta
Bottom
Delta chi zbt phi tau
It’s hard to not include the underground frats considering they’re throwing parties and that seems like the trend that Greek life is headed towards anyway and a lot of the other top tier frats may be getting kicked off soon too

I know delt is not underground but they should be on he same level as the underground frats and move aepi with (below) phi delt

Can’t say they’re on the same level as the underground frats because they have more rules they have to follow. Their parties will be limited to a certain number and they can’t have liquor and have to follow guidelines which underground’s don’t. Until they go under they’re on The same level as phi delt, below the underground frats

Considering phi psi and kappa sig have yet to do anything the whole semester and have members dropping like flies, Sig Chi is the only real top house anymore

Aepi is not on the upper level move them down with (if not below) phi delt. Just because you guys are going underground does not mean that you are on the same level as the other underground frats!!
