question about underground frats

How do they survive beyond a year or two? All the frats going underground right now, can they still keep adding new members 4-5 years from now? What’s the end game look like

They have a lot of money to survive. Probably bought their chapter houses and sold them so they have money or get a new house for underground activity. New Members are people the brothers know

Frats can definitely function and maintain themselves underground.. Sammy is a perfect explain of this. They were underground for 4 years previously and managed to stay top tier
