With all these strict rules and regulations its just a matter of time until many greek organizations go underground. You can't stop people from hanging out with their friends (who cares about "tiers"). What happens when theres 6 frats off campus and sororities get in trouble for going to each. Then sorties will go under and all of greek life will be underground unregulated and more dangerous. Ohio State just wants greek life off their hands so if anything bad happens it isn't "their fault".
