which frat houses are step

Can someone comment which houses are STEP approved? That is a factor for me when rushing next year.

My friend is in Phi tau and I know they are cause he lived in last year as a sophomore but my house isn't and I don't really know many that are. Sorry

I know Delt, SAE, pike, sig ep, Fiji, and aepi are. Kappa sig, phi psi and sig chi aren't. Not sure about others

How is pike step when their house belongs to zta and they don't own it?

Beta is step approved.. but make sure to not base where you rush on houses and make sure you rush a frat because you like the brothers

Unless you're hellbent on living in the house sophomore year, why is it appealing for a frat to have a step approved house? In my opinion, being able to throw down in your frat house is a huge advantage

The school is pushing for all the fraternities on campus to become STEP approved which sucks haha but eventually everyone will be STEP approved
