honestly is theta still top 5? they got block with a top 5 frat and none of the traditional mid tiers did. also pnms are considering theta top 5 going into rush

Theta is still top tier, but many mid tiers are very much like the so called top tier... With so many outstanding pnm , everyone does well. Theta has outstanding grades, active social calendar, good sisterhood. I think the houses, in general, are much more equal than they used to be.

they may be the 5th best now (thats a big MAYBE) but I think after this years seniors graduate they will done for. KD is so much better than them and tridelt/chi o are more likely than not going to easily pass them after this years recruitment.
