Everyone's house will be STEP approved by next year so I don't think the house itself will really help them much

Not every house will be doing this by next year. A lot of frats are reluctant due to the fact you have to have an RA living in the house.. So if anything, being STEP approved will hurt frats that do so.

Every house will have to do it eventually. Houses won't matter as much because no one will be able to party there. As a result of this it will come down to who has the best annex.
