new houses/construction
by: Curious sorority StarWhat's with the construction fences being up around Delt and the old Beta house? Are they building new houses or something? Also is it true DG is remodeling their house?

DG has openly announced they are remodeling their house since like 3 years ago. It'll be under construction at least one year, possibly two. They will live in Kappa's house during the remodeling. It'll be a lot bigger once it's done: more bedrooms and a chapter room that will actually fit everyone.

Beta is getting a several-million dollar renovation to their old house. They are going to move in once it's complete (which is several years down the road).
I think DTD is remodeling their house so they can be STEP approved. That's why they're living in the old Sammy house for a bit.

I know a kid in Beta and he said that their house is getting torn down July 5th and will be rebuilt (5 mil.) it's supposed to be done and ready to move in Fall of 2017 (not this fall but next)
