chapters living off past reputations

The following chapters aren't bad by any means but a lot of their hype in my opinion comes from their past reputation rather than the current state of the chapter.

-Theta
-Sigma Chi
-TKE

Possibly DG to an extent. Feel free to agree, disagree or add other chapters.

PIKE. There is no reason to consider them middle tier anymore, but some people do.

Theta. Their senior class is good, but the others ehhhh. After this year, even AGD and Chi o will be above them in rank.

Personally I don't really see Pike as overrated, I just don't hear about their events or people talking about them a lot in general.

That's the point. I hear more about aepi, ato, phi delt and even club ep and Fiji more than pike but pike usually is viewed as better when they're the same at best...
