I worked as a photographer of fraternity and sorority parties in the mid to late 70's and early 80's. Before starting that job, I had noticed that a significant number of women wearing Greek letters seemed snobbish so I was apprehensive before taking the job. The summer before I started this photography, when 3.2% beer was legal for 18 year olds, a somewhat buzzed woman I had met before was yelling to me something about being “fuzzie”. I later learned that it meant that she was a new a new pledge at ΑΞΔ, and over time she introduced me to some of her new friends in her pledge class, all of whom were unpretentious. Meeting the women of ΑΞΔ was one of the reasons I decided that this photography would be an enjoyable thing to do.

overall just fun ass girls, always see a group of them together when i’m out on the weekends. great to talk to, super chill, and there new pledge class is hot af. not appreciated enough

Idk why they get as much hate as they do sometimes, bc honestly they’re a good chapter too. They’ve got really sweet and pretty girls and are just an overall good group :)

Impressed with these girls. They are down-to-earth and friendly. I think this is a house you could join and get along with almost everyone. I'm in a different house, but have friends in A Xi D and they have only good things to say about their house.

they aren't in your face and they don't obsess over themselves like other greek girls do. If I was greek I'd rather be proud of what my sorority stands for rather than what it's ranked. just look at how many rankings they have compared to other chapters-- they have their priorities straight. they don't bash others to feel better about themselves. For that, they deserve recognition.
