Sigma Chi - ΣΧ Fraternity at Ohio State University - OSU 5.0 Met a kid name Manny Tzagournis, he claimed he was the king of Upper Arlington and would not shut up about how good there water polo team was and how good he was at trivia. I dont know apparently hes trying to be the next el chapo. He was chill dude but seems like hes in his 8th year of high school.
