Sigma Chi - ΣΧ Fraternity at Ohio State University - OSU 3.8 I dont know the specifics of when Sigma Chi left, but they definitely were the most dressed up out of the entire group. And as bad as it sounds, the better you look the farther you will go in life so I guess they had part of it right. Yes, that sounds shallow but it is true and I feel like a majority of people on campus don't realize this.

Sigma Chi - ΣΧ Fraternity at Ohio State University - OSU 3.0 Being required to attend an event and one's ability to fulfill that requirement is arbitrary if we did not choose to attend the event voluntarily. Being a leader isn't about how others perceive us based upon attending or not attending a "mandatory" leadership seminar. Life goes beyond the regulations of university greek life, which most of them will not help us after college what so ever. Don't do things to look good in front of others, do them because you want to and they mean something to you.

The guy with the post below has the right idea. Whoever doesn't attend fraternal futures will not be able to learn how to be a leader and therefor will not be able to lead. Sigma Chi - ΣΧ Fraternity at Ohio State University - OSU 1.5 Heard IFC has a letter from fraternal futures workers and said that Sigma Chi pledges were the only group of all the fraternities that dipped out and left the Fraternal Futures program after an hour. Great leadership guys. Gonna be interesting when these type of guys are your 'leaders' in a year or two.
