Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Ohio State University - OSU 2.8 Phi felt has made some major improvements over the last semester or so and are starting to thrive socially. Some of the guys are a little off but they're all extremely nice and respectful. Hopefully they continue to strive for quality, genuine guys over quantity and stick to who they are.
