Do only the top houses matter? (Beta, Delt, Sig Chi)

So I'm a freshman who is thinking of rushing a frat next year and I was just wondering if it's even worth joining one if I don't get into a top tier house. Do the lower and middle houses still have a good time or do girls only care about the top guys?

even if you don’t make it into a “top house” you’re still going to have a lot of fun and meet a lot of girls. honestly a pretty large number of us steer clear of beta and delt so i wouldn’t worry about that aspect
