Depends on the person in which order the houses are ranked within the tiers but generally everyone agrees that the tiers exist like this:
Top Tier:
DG
Kappa
Aphi

Middle Tier:
Pi Phi
GPhi
Tri Delt
Theta

Bottom Tier:
DZ
KD
AGD
