Definitely a top house. These guys are honestly THE most well-rounded house. Classy, good looking, fun, respectful, and have the most successful philanthropy on campus. Anything that a fraternity is aiming for, these guys achieve. Keep it up gents, you make us ladies want to walk up to new greek for you.

Great house. Gives a lot back to the community, is very social, it's a bit of a walk being on new Greek, but the house is always open and always a good time!

Great guys, great house, one of my favorite places to go party and hang out! The guys are really nice and respectful, but they know how to party! It's definetly worth the walk to new Greek.

Favorite house on campus. All the guys are nice and inviting, tons of fun to party with. Only downside is that they are on new greek, but they are worth the walk.

They're hot, but they're pretty tame partyers. SAE and Beta go harder. They're really nice and inviting, there's definitely some douchebags in their house though. Too far from old Greek to visit often.

Definitely have the best involvement and very classy guys, but often they try to act like they're above people who come to their house? Which blows my mind. I hear them making fun of other fraternities and girls and though they put off a classy demeanor they do a lot of behind the scenes belittling. They throw some good parties and stay very involved on campus which makes them a top house if not THE top house.
