Alpha phi has always been top, but their last pc really outdid themselves. Some of the most friendly girls and always make the party 10x more fun when they're there. She ain't wifey material unless she's an aphi.

don't get me wrong, this is a great fraternity but no where close to being top tier. theta christ does good stuff for the community but their dry house and weird dudes make the house near bottom tier. also, please stop paying to have negative reviews removed and stop self-ranking as well.

Met some of these girls while at a party. They were super chill and down to earth. I think people forgot about them because of how awkward their seniors were a few years ago.
