These guys have the best physical house. As soon as the younger guys and newer members do what they want, they will start partying hard.. happens with all fraternities, the traditions of a chapter always change over time

They get a much worse rep than they deserve. All the Delts who I have met are good guys. They only let members into their parties which is a huge plus because you don't have to worry about random guys being creepy. Love to party there (especially on the hill!)

I personally used to like to Pi Kapp but due to someone in the house making poor decisions and hurting a few people, including me, I don't have a high opinion of this fraternity and how they treat people. There are only a couple of guys I like and respect but I have to say I'm a little disappointed overall.
