They may have risen in grades this last semester, but if you want to enjoy college don't join this house they are just very unorganized it seems, they don't party, and they don't really pull that much

They have a great brotherhood but are not very social and so girls don't spend a lot of time over there, they are not partiers but they do have a great brotherhood

They don't have a house till 2016 but they are sure a great group of guys who got put back together, I can't wait till we have a social with them, they did get kicked off but it has no effect on them right now, I really think it will be a great house maybe a top tier in 3-4 years.

I'm confused as to why DZ is considered top tier here. There's definitley a lot of self ranking. It's a great house that is still starting out, however it is in no way top house. Nice girls that are still trying to figure out their place on campus. They'll eventually go up in four or five years. At the moment, they are at the very bottom. Simply because they are a new chapter.

I would love to call myself a Tri delt next year. I have visited every sorority and they are by far the most genuine, diverse, and caring.
