Based on what? AGD doesn’t really participate in much and is sort of isolated. I feel like AOPi and SK have been improving these last few years.

The whole top tier is middle tier. Also it should be more like this:

(In order in tiers)
Top: KD, Theta, AXO

Upper mid: Kappa, Aphi, AGD

Lower mid: DG

Upper low: AOPi, Sig Kap

Lower low: Chi O, Tri delta, SA (although they're not housed or anything so it's kind of unfair to compare them to everyone else)

I wouldn’t put kd in top tier. They want everyone to be in mock rock, but you don’t see them supporting a lot of the other philanthropies
