tier rankings fall 2017

It feels like putting houses into order is too difficult so I think we should put them into tiers instead. There is no particular order inside the tiers.

Top
SigEp,Phi Delts

Lower Top
Lambda, SAE

Upper Middle
Phi Psi, Phi Kapps, DU, Theta Chi

Middle
FIJI, ATO, Acacia, Sigma Pi

Lower Middle
Sigma Chi (they'll be much higher once they can rebuild), ASig, PIKE, TKE

Bottom
Delta Chi, Sigma Nu, Kappa Sigma

Lower Bottom
KDR, DTD, FH

Since some of them are on probation, I'd drop a few...is "phi kapps" supposed to "pi kapps"? They should drop one level. Pike should go up...

If this was Fail Friday appearances then you're spot on, there's a massive gap. Lambda Chi is the undisputed Fail Friday champion of Oregon State. Join them and make it on Fail Friday and make your parents proud

EVERYONE knows Lambda Chi is #1 and has been for decades. By comparison fraternities like Phi Delt, SAE, SX, SIG EP are middle tier at best.
THESE ARE FACTS:
1 EVERY SINGLE member of these fraternities rushed Lambda Chi but did not meet their high standards. SAE, SX, SIG EP, PHI DELT plus most all other fraternities.
2. A bid from Lambda Chi is so prestigious Lambda Chi has had every bid accepted for at least the past two decades.

That the National Board of Directors will address and may take charter action on any chapter which refuses to implement a complete substance-free policy by August 1, 2020 and a substance-free transitional policy August 1, 2018.
