2016 fall fraternity rankings

Please incoming freshman rushes, don't rush wth a bias from these ranking/rumors. Find the house you fit in with, as every house is different and has something unique about them. 2016 is a great year where a lot of these rankings are going to change...
Fraternities
Τοp
ΛΧΑ (overall best in everything, can come off as try hards)
ΣΦΕ (Best grades, ton of involvment, lacking in brotherhood/parties)
ΣΧ (Best socials, good looks, can be exclusive/douchey, trouble)
ΦΔΘ (Was top house until they got in trouble, look for a comeback)
Upper Middle
ΦΚΨ ( Underrated, Nice house, respectful laid back guys)
ΣΑΕ (Best brotherhood, best athletes, +philanthropy, mixed reputation)
ΠΚΦ (The bros/Frat boy vibe, gym rats, social scene needs work)
ΔΥ (Fun guys that are social, becoming more involved, on the rise)
Middle
ΘΧ (decent in all categories, they're starting to improve a lot)
ΑΤΩ ( respectable guys, decent socials, needs more Involvment)
ΣΠ ( awesome functions, mediocre in everything else)
ΣΝ ( new house/young chapter, lots of potential)
Lower Middle
ΠΚΑ (new house, a lot of hype/excitement, Rising very fast)
Acacia (recruiting more guys, good socials, smart guys)
FIJI (Great grades, gentleman, great morality, lacks in social aspect)
TKE (Animal house, wild, and fun, not the best in grades)
Bottom
ΔΧ (really like these guys, they need more Involvment)
AΣΦ (goofy, just needs to put some work)
ΚΣ (respectable guys who are putting In a lot of work to bring this chapter back)

Lambda is definitely #1 and is EVERY rushees goal, since they are #1 also the most selective and turn away 90% of rushees.

Don't listen to these trolls. Lambda Chi Alpha IS the consensus #1 fraternity at OSU and had been for years. Lambda Chi is the most selective and prestigious fraternity at OSU and passes on over 90% of rushees so there are a lot of hurt feeling from guys not given bids that had to settle for an inferior house.

Sigma chi and phi delt are closed. Not rushing/can't rush. SAE, Sigep and Lambda will all take classes close to 50. SAE parties hard and not much else. Sigep gets grades and not much else. Lambda will drop the biggest check for your philanthropy. Take your pick.
You didn't list KDR, Triangle and AEPi. All bottom except AEPi got top in grades even over Sigep.

Lambda Chi is the consensus #1 fraternity at OSU and has been for years. The only debate is which fraternities rank in order below them

Those posts are just some troll...it's obviously a ridiculous claim and why would lambda share that...
