These girls are the most down to earth people you'll ever meet. I've never had more fun partying with any other sorority and they truly care about making everyone comfortable. Almost no one drops and people fight to live in for another year rather than fighting to live out like every other sorority (at least that's what I've heard). They are nice and welcome their new pledges with respect. People don't usually consider them a top house but everyone should because they have the nicest girls who you can always count on. Go Theta!!

yeah these girls talk about getting good grades and Iron brawl a little too much but it must be paying off because they swept the Greek awards this year, well deserved if you ask me

WOW! Amazing sing performance this year I am shocked they didn’t even place. Love this house and always have so much fun hanging out with them and doing iron brawl

Doesn’t party much at all. When they do anything it’s only with spes. Some really nice girls but the majority of girls I’ve met are very stand offish and blow off girls from certain houses. They are super smart though. Honestly my least favorite house on campus due to how rude I’ve seen them act to girls not in theta in the past.
