Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at Oregon State University - OSU 3.0 My friends and I tried giving this house a chance since they have been going down hill but heard their parties were good. They have boring parties and their house smells horrible, not to mention everyone in here barely gets by with grades. At least the guys are friendly and welcoming & seem to have a good relationship with one another. Barely mid tier
