Stop lying about better houses. Phi Psi has amazing parties, so what if SPE have high grade requirements? Yes...rush a frat that does nothing and wins nothing (phi psi) or drops you the first time your grades dip below a 3.0 in a term (Sigep). Lambda has the best retention of all fraternities. When people join, they like it so much they stay. Guess that says enough for their brotherhood. Rush where you want and see who you like.

Lambda Chi Alpha - ΛΧΑ Fraternity at Oregon State University - OSU 4.9 Lambda is everything that’s right about Greek life at OSU. Hot (well, some of them), social, wealthy, smart (again, some of them), but most of all INVOLVED. These guys will show at your philanthropy and be the biggest group there. Maybe not as charming as the ΣΑΕ or ΣΧ guys, but overall a well-rounded house with deserved popularity.
