Sorry to say Phidelts, but between the fact that your house is in horrible shape and can't drink in your house really subtracts points from your house as a frat. Yes, the guys are nice but if they don't step up their social game and community involvement, their recruitment will suffer severely.

Coming from someone in a different house, DU is a great fraternity. They have great involvment, work their asses off to place in sorority philanthropies without dropping a check, (I won't say names but the house that does rhymes with rammed-a-guy),and are on their way to being a top tier house despite the fact that there house can't match up to Phipsi's or Sigeps.
