These girls are classy and love each other. Their sisterhood is amazing. They may not have a huge philanthropy, but they participate in EVERYONE else's. They have own iron brawl for the past two years and love to help the Greek community. Phenomenal girls.

Phi psi guys tend to be great guys to party with and to have as JUST FRIENDS. They come off really sweet and are easy going and fun. However girls should beware just because this frat is filled with seemingly nice guys they are still frat guys. Majority are players and use girls. They have a great brotherhood and are one of the few frats I would say are a true brotherhood. They also have a nice giant house but do not utilize it enough for parties. Guys are cute not too many hot ones.

Although I would not consider thetas to be a top tier house this house is filled with amazing intelligent and fun girls. Although I did not end up choosing them I have a lot of friends in theta and always enjoy if we have a four way with them. Always sweet and friendly girls! Great sisterhood as well!

AXO is a house that during recruitment I loved. I'm so thankful I knew better then to join them and dropped them. AXO is a lot of smoke and mirrors. Most of the girls are super personable and friendly, tons of pretty girls as well. Their actual sisterhood is lacking and a lot of girls drop. In my opinion they are upper middle tier.
